“The room was typical of most hotel rooms and for the price was disappointing. Bathroom was in need of some sprucing up. Nothing special.”

“The term resort is used loosely all around in Traverse City area, the breakfast was a solid continental breakfast unlike the description on the property and reviews stating it was delicious. The place was spic and span clean, from the rooms, to the breakfast area, new carpet. It’s definitely kept up well, I personally would remove the word resort from its name. While it’s not a motel, it’s a few steps above one.”

“Highly recommend! Gal in charge was more than kind! Absolutely amazing beach experience. I’m pretty spoiled living in Las Vegas with 5 star restaurants and 5 star hotels and I kid you not. This place really is the definition of relaxing and serene. Hopefully I can make this a yearly event. One night was NOT ENOUGH!! Well done and thank you!!”

“This was the most disgusting room I’d ever seen. There was blood stains on the mattress, as I always check for bed bugs. The bed looked like someone already slept it in. Stains on the floor, the mini fridge was gross. It was disgusting. I left and requested a refund.”

“Hot tub Pool was not working but breakfast was good and front staff who was in the evening was great and friendly”

“It was right on the lake and within walking distance to restaurants and public beach. Had a nice outdoor firepit we enjoyed. Wish they would have had instructions/guide on the television. Hard time finding what I was looking for. Wasn't sure if the privet beach was theirs or someone else. Could have had a card in the suite explaining the amenities that are available.”

“Simple and clean. Exactly what we needed for a late arrival stopover on our way to our final destination. Samantha was very helpful when we told her we would be arriving after midnight. She made sure everything was taken care of, and that we would know exactly where our room was. Super easy and we got in and out, exactly what we needed for this part of our trip.”

“It was a good value, the property was large and a good value. They have a strange rule that you can’t use the pool unless you book directly. There’s lot of mosquitoes and other wild life in the area. I did find it a little strange there was no front desk for check in but the locks to our room worked and we had no issues during our stay.”

“Honestly, I was here for the reasonable rate. My expectations were low. BUT- if I were near Grayling again, I would go out of my way to stay here. Spotlessly clean, plenty of towels, soft sheets, QUIET! Beautifully renovated but still feels like a vintage time capsule 1940s motor court.”

“Very nice condo! Very clean and cozy. Lots of space for our big family, we loved going around the dock looking for crawfish! We also enjoyed the hot tub at night with the mood lights, just bring bug spray! The mosquitoes liked it too ;) Nice soft beds and bedding made for a great night of sleep. Highly recommended.”
